What's going off here? Five out of seven department managers (4 men and three women aged 25-35) employed by an old female manager at the largest hotel within 25 miles turn out to be vileophiles to children, young women and homosexuals. Whilst the other two keep their mouth shut and help get rid of the person who proved what they are all up to. Her assistant manager even told the police he'd met up with an overage boy's mother many times to allow him to stay in the place after he'd been caught in the toilets with a girl from the age of 12 years of age, and barred by local staff. The police were called after he smashed the place up and threatened to come back with a gang to slice up those barring him, as he "knew the owner". But they were only interested in the beer can they saw him drinking from on cctv!! Safeguarding Tips Conference Summary    Based on 1977-2023 Mapton and Maptonshire     ‘The Oxchild Report’       Everyone should avoid cycling and walking in unpopulated areas after dark     If you’re new to an area and work in childcare, avoid and be suspicious of people who are eager to make friends with you until you have fully ‘vetted’ them.     If you work with children do not reveal any information to your friends etc about them, as according to government statistics there are up to 850,000 people in England and Wales who are a threat to children, so would benefit from loose mouths.     For working environment where safeguarding isn’t a prerequisite, if you are asked about someone who has applied for a job and they have a ‘chequered history’, it’s probably best to say nothing as information could easily end up in the wrong hands.
