How to get sacked for reporting

Just before Christmas I was walking from the ….. Room to the ….......... Office when I heard two colleagues talking, she was trying to persuade him to wear the xmas reindeer antlers by saying "Go on please, he’s wearing them" to which he replied “Yeah that's cos he's F***ING B* NT!“   He shouted out the last bit in my face as I went round the corner and had a look on his face of pure contempt and hatred, with clenched fists and notably his index finger tensed as if having a seizure!!    I asked him to explain himself, but he couldn't and just walked away without apologising and sighing as if he was the victim. Most people I'd imagine would consider this a homophobic outburst but having a lot of experience both professionally and personally with these types of people I'm in little doubt that he’s just aching to express his homosexuality, but struggling to do so which results in this type of behaviour.    Therefore, I’m starting a 'Go F*** Me...

How to not get sacked for reporting

In 2018 it became common knowledge at the hotel that kids (12-15) were in the toilets most nights, leaving used condoms. Nobody did anything until they were caught by daytime staff and banned. However, the operations manager told the police he had a meeting with the mother of a boy who had been banned, she a pparently told him that they live out of town and so would like somewhere for her son and his lover to wait indoors until she picked them up after she finished work. The two children in question though both live closer to their school than the hotel, with the girl also having her mums house within half a mile of the school.   

How to cover up 'Culture'

1. We dismissed the whistleblower for Bringing the Companies Name into Disrepute, when the evidence has proven that he was stopping the companies name from falling into disrepute, following the actions of The Operations Manager, and the inaction of The Manager.                                        ⦁ He informed fellow staff members of incidents that management were for at least two years condoning, and then facilitating teenagers' obscene behaviour. That of a girl and boy from the ages of at least twelve and fifteen, to 'wait at the hotel for a lift home after school', who've left evidence many times in the disabled toilets that they'd had sex. The boy of which has then gone on to threaten him twice when challenged, and smashed a window with his beer can, which is when he called the police in....

How to expose an historically homophobic area for using it as cover for their 'culture'
