Quietism - Condemned since 1311 - Very Popular Now!

The culture of Quietism was condemned in the 14th century as it allowed the 'perfect' to do whatever they wanted, to whatever they wanted, as they were so perfect they couldn't be sinners!

Among the ideas seen as errors and condemned by the Council of Vienne (1311–12) are the propositions that humankind in the present life can attain such a degree of perfection as to become utterly sinless; that the "perfect" have no need to fast or pray, but may freely grant the body whatsoever it craves.

By 1810 people who had nothing better to do than be above the law religious pirates of the land, were using 'magic' to tame and subjugate the poor to make them industrious, under the guise that 'the pure' would go to heaven and exist happily for eternity, along with everyone who they 'saved' allegedly.

Nowadays most people fear the psychological consequences effect on themselves and their social network of getting involved in stopping 'abuse', more than the consequences of 'abuse' etc...

So keep quiet about everything, and don't even want to know about anything bad!

Thus allowing the elite vile to do whatever they want, to whom or whatever they want!!
