AI's version of scene 2 of my sequel to Wicker Man themed semi-autobiography
As Phoenix descended towards his ancestral home, the scenes unfolding below him became increasingly disturbing. To the north, a high-speed chase ended with a cyclist seeking refuge in a farm, while to the east, a man's lewd actions were dismissed as harmless fun. But it was the scene to the south that truly chilled Phoenix to the bone. There, he witnessed a young boy's desperate struggle to escape the clutches of a fat man, while a woman turned a blind eye as if such acts were commonplace. The boy's cries for help fell on deaf ears, except for those of the small woman who scurried past, her guilt written plain as day.
Hovering in the air, Phoenix found himself facing a farmer who seemed intent on denying the disturbing reality of Maptonshire. But as he looked around, Phoenix couldn't shake the feeling that something sinister lurked in this place. It was as if the very air buzzed with a dark energy, a tangible weight of unseen evils.
With a heavy heart, Phoenix continued his descent, knowing that his presence here would not be welcomed by all. But he was determined to uncover the truth, no matter how grim, and bring justice to those who preyed on the innocent. Little did he know that his journey had only just begun, and the true extent of the darkness lurking in Maptonshire would soon be revealed.
