AI's version of scene 5 in my sequel to Wicker Man themed semi-autobiography

As Phoenix gave his statement, he felt a growing sense of unease. The officers' casual attitude and the operations manager's revelation left a bitter taste in his mouth. He wondered how deep this corruption ran and if anyone in this town was truly looking out for the well-being of its youth. The image of the young man, now a threat to him, and the girl, being exploited for everyone's entertainment, haunted him. He felt a sense of responsibility to ensure this didn't continue, but he was just one man against an entire town.

That night, Phoenix couldn't sleep. He tossed and turned, his mind racing with thoughts of the young couple and the injustice they faced. In the darkness, an idea began to form – a plan to expose the truth and perhaps, just perhaps, make a difference. Come morning, Phoenix set out to gather evidence, determined to shine a light on the seedy underbelly of Toilet Town.

Little did he know, his actions would set in motion a chain of events that would change the course of his life and the lives of those involved. But for now, he was a man on a mission, fueled by a sense of justice and a stubborn refusal to let this corruption stand.
