Safeguarding yourself advice for people who are called to deal with the underage with overage in public toilets etc

 

Call the police straight away as its not your job, its the managers, if you don't they'll hide away (laughing at you?) and go on to deny absolutely everything when you finally get reception to call the police; including you being threatened with being 'sliced up' by a gang!!!

RE: What are the chances that in the largest hotel within 25 miles that someone from maintenance is called to deal with accompanied children from the age of 12 being in the disabled toilet - over a two year period!

I was suspicious of my colleagues behaviour back then as they both looked terrified of dealing with the situation, now I know why, as the managing one of them broke down one day and confessed that he could only get it up to the very very young!
As you can imagine I told him to see a doctor but a female head of department present said to him "I'll have a baby for you"!
This woman had previously threatening to k.ll and maim a female staff member (which she got promoted for after I'd put in a report) and a picture of her was found advertising her self as J... Bait on a local vileophiles site.
The other man went on to help them sack me by getting support from all the other managers, who all proved to be vilophiles too! He even now works with this ex ops manager that got 'moved on' for confessing what he'd been 'facilitating' with the girl from the age of 12 when I put him on the spot in front of the authorities. However, that was all denied when I took them to court, he even denied police involvement and a report that me and him spent 3 hours on where operated the cctv for them' but he reversed 20 officially verified facts, including that I wasn't threatened with being sliced up, and officially stated that he wonders why I didn't call the police and tell them - when we all discussed it with them after I got a receptionist to call the police. In the end I had to cancel my court proceeding because the wigged up one wouldn't allow anything to do with the police report to be included in the 5 day trial. He then got married and had children to which everyone congratulated him on, including another department manager who shouted that I was f...ing bent in my face outside my office (for stopping his supply in the toilets). On viewing this mans fb site I found a video advertising itself as underage, which I reported and so got him 'moved on too'. When I took them to court 3 women wanted to report that they were being pressurised to do things with customers that they didn't want to do but annoymous witness statements weren't allowed in court. Finally the female manager when interviewed said that "I didn't need to get involved" (despite being the main person called on the tanoy to deal with it) with what was going off in the toilets as the ops manager was dealing with it"!!!!
