When someone brings to court several managers from a company who have all denied police attended an incident involving a female child meeting up with an 18 year old male in the toilets where they left used condoms over a two years period, including one of the managers admitting facilitating it to the police when put on the spot by "meeting up with the parents each time they are barred", without mentioning they're now unbarred to all other staff! -
Do you allow this evidence at the Five Day Trial you set at the end of the preliminary hearing?

If the above 18 year old male has smashed a window that was two meters away from staff and then threatened those ejecting them from the premises with coming back with a gang to "slice them up"
Do you allow staff who were threatened to meet up with this person to discuss the affect their behaviour has on people as part of Restorative Justice?
A. Yes
B. No

Question 3:
If you deny a claimant discussing any police verified evidence or cctv evidence etc in the five day tribunal, do you then replace that with incidents the claimant can't prove?

Question 4:
If the 18 year old man above has told everyone in front of reception that he is allowed in the disabled toilets together with his girlfriend (since she was 12) because he knows the owner, who just happens to be one of the wealthiest people in the world!
Do you then allow the owner to be questioned about this in court?
