The Importance of investigating when a manager tells you "I've met up with the 18-year-old males mother, who says it's fine for him to be in the disabled toilet with his 15 year old girl friend since she was 12"!

 Everyday scenarios you'll need to deal with, fully investigate 

and solve in order to create a Utopic Society


Imagine the scene, you are in the largest and grandest hotel within 25 miles and in pops out of the rain two teenagers that look like drowned rats. The 18-year-old male heads straight to the toilets whilst the 15-year-old girl goes through her almost daily routine over the past two and a half years of asking reception if she can use their phone to contact her mum for a lift home. 

Everyone carries on as normal except for the person who knows he's going to be called by reception to deal with these two within the next 20 minutes, just like he has been on more than a handful of times over the past couple of years. 

The male is told to use the men's toilet and not the disabled, whilst the girl is approached at reception and asked;

 "Are you getting a room today? because if not you're barred for having sex in the toilets". 

Obviously all hell broke loose then with denial and threats by the male to, 

"Come back with a gang to slice me up".

Which were dealt with calmly by ushering them out of the building as the man insisted he was allowed in the building as he "knew the owner". 

When outside the male broke the front door window with his beer can in his hand so the police were called, although somewhat reluctantly by one of the many receptionists who along with everyone else had been condoning their behaviour for so long, she will be fearful of the consequences of telling the police how long this has been going off!

She needn't have worried, the cops arrived and were told what the teenagers had been up to for over two years, which the Operations Manager then butted in, to say;

"The males mum came in to see him a couple of years ago to request they be unbarred from the hotel for having sex in the disabled toilet because they need somewhere to wait after school for a lift home, and they promised not to have sex in their again".

The girl however lives equally with both parents nearby, with her dad's house being 150 meters away from the school, the hotel being 300 meters away from his house and half a mile away from her mums, whilst the male lived just a mile away. The father was also often seen outside the hotel on its lawn drinking in the most expensive place in town, despite him being renowned for and looking very poor.

I myself have seen this couple coming out of graveyards looking very happy, seen the boys mother and the two teenagers shopping where she is literally showering the girl in gifts and clothes. Whilst on asking the locals about them it turns out that the father was beaten up twice when the girl was nine after people walked in him watching pornography and pleasuring himself with the girl present. They didn't know if the police were involved with these incidents, but on googling their names I found them both on twitter, with the girl setting up her account when she was just 11, with a picture of herself looking like an 11 year old whilst posing with her hands displaying the 'sign of the horns'!

But we've not even started yet!

As soon as the police heard her first name they knew her age; as it's common knowledge according to the hotels ex-manager (now working at another local hotel) that the couple have been barred from every hotel in town for having sex in their toilets. The policewoman though replied with the girls age in a manner that sounded like it was perfectly OK for someone of that age to be in there "SHES 15" 

The male police officers reaction though was even more telling, as he responded to what the Operations Manager was informing everyone about whilst he played back the cctv recording,

 "Is That A Beer Can In His Hand"

Which led to them searching the hotel's bars and cellar to see if it sold cans of Carling, to see if they could get the hotel done for selling alcohol to minors (even though the male turned out to be 18 anyway), which it didn't but it did totally distract away from what the Operations Manager told them.

It took the Operations Manager 26 days to download a copy of the CCTV for the police, who wrote this on the police report disclosure that they kept "popping in" to see if it was ready yet so they could proceed with finishing this case, which ended up with Restorative Justice for the smashed window, £65 paid to the hotel.

During that time it took to download the 10 minutes of footage, The Areas Operation Manager arrived at the hotel and was very glum with me on arrival and went straight to one of the banqueting halls where he had specifically requested a table to run the length of the room through the middle (approximately 25-30 meters). On passing this room the huge Area Manager was going absolutely ballistic whilst stood up on one side of the table, whilst The Operations Manager was sat meekly looking up to him on the other side as the Area Manager jumped up and down, wagged his finger in his face, and shouted at him under his breath to such an extent he looked like he was about to explode.

The Operations Manager was then 'moved on' to a hotel 25 miles away, which is unfortunate when you've just bought a house round the corner from where you used to work!!

The Operations Manager then went on to gaslight me by denying that police attended the incident!!

 Along with everything he told them!!

 He even accused me of causing the smashed window incident by shouting at the youths who were "quietly having a drink". 

He even stated for the tribunal that "He found it strange that I'd not told him I'd been threatened with being sliced up by the male, or called the police about it"!!

But nobody was interested in these officially written facts!

The manager meanwhile, took the first opportunity she could on returning from her holiday to come up to me when I was working alone in a corridor and say "Always have to get involved don't you", then just walked away.

We hadn't been on the best of terms for over a year after I reported to HR a housekeeping supervisor for threatening and psychotic behaviour towards a chambermaid, and the manager herself for not doing anything about it.

This resulted in the supervisor getting promoted to head Housekeeper, and the start of every manager in the place blatantly trying to piss me off or blank me.

My manager started putting No.2 videos straight in front of my face without warning! 

After a year of being subjected to his vile sickness, which he got more and more shouted at; 

He broke down and confessed in front of me and the head housekeeper that he could only get it up without viagra to six year olds!!

I told him to see a doctor whilst the housekeeper sat on his knee and told him she'd have a baby for him!

So I told her as well that she needs to see a doctor.

I told 'everyone' about this including his mates but no one believes me!

Next thing I know shes calling me a pedo for chucking kids that were having sex in the toilet out of the hotel, an incident I'd been called to deal with by reception!

All this about the woman that I couldn't prove (who I hadn't even taken to court ) along with other incidents I couldn't prove were the only ones written in the final 'list of issues' I could take to a 5 day tribunal concerning all of it, replacing the entire Operations Manager's proven gaslighting that I wasn't allowed to bring to court!

The F&B Manager was another one I couldn't prove what he'd done as they denied me access to the CCTV, but I did bring him to court for other provable issues after he shouting in my face that I was F...ing Bent!

 Followed by him having a virtual seizure in front of myself and one of the loveliest barmaids you could ever meet, who'd just arrived in the town with 3 kids from down south; who judging by her behaviour on greeting another probably ex-groomed and trafficked woman who "she'd never met before" like a long lost family member, has probably been groomed and trafficked all her life!  

She denied the incident happened but he did call me "that way inclined" somewhere else according to her report! 

It was a total set up though as they were outside my office waiting for me, and when I stood up to him he walked away like he was the victim!!

I soon though found a video in his saved video section on FB entitled '13 year old having sex in public' with an image to suit; so I reported him to the police and he got 'moved on' from the hotel. 

This mans girlfriend meanwhile works with 'vulnerable young girls'!

The ex maintenance manager is now friends with him, after 'hating' him for years!

Whilst a friend of mine on FB isn't any more! 

But is not only friends with this guy he now has a business with this former F&B Manager, after I told him all about him!! 

Which he's given up a life going in between Nepal and Switzerland to be a part of, after saying he hasn't seen him since school. 

The ex F&B manager is also in good contact with the operations manager, who remember met up with the 12-15 year-old-girls boyfriend's mum.

The manager meanwhile told the inquiry, she didn't say "Always have to get involved, don't you" she apparently told me "I've no need to get involved as The Operations Manager is dealing with it"!!! 

And no one blinked or comprehended that she stated the person I put in a many complaints about is dealing with the complaints I put in about him!!!!

Its a bottomless pit with another female manager pressurising her staff into doing things to customers they don't want, but they weren't allowed to report anonymously by the judge.

 It's best summed up by The Banqueting manager though who told a packed office > 

"I don't employ gays, as they're nothing but trouble" - well he's not wrong is he ;)
