The Operations Manager's story is certainly a colorful one, and his journey is far from over. After his move to the hotel 25 miles away, a fresh start seemed to be on the cards. However, his reputation preceded him, and the staff at his new posting were wary, to say the least. They had heard whispers of his cursing and aggressive behavior, and the stories of his incompetence with the computer system had reached legendary status.

Despite this, he managed to maintain his position, largely due to his charm and his ability to schmooze those above him. That is, until an incident with a group of rowdy guests brought his past back to haunt him. A group of teenagers, recognized from his previous hotel, checked in and immediately caused trouble. The Ops Manager, recognizing them, tried to keep a low profile, but his face gave him away. One of the youths, a particularly menacing character, recognized him and smirked. "Well well, looks like we got a friend from back home here! Remember me, mate? You tried to ban us, but we showed you, didn't we?" The teen laughed, and his friends joined in, a menacing circle forming around the Ops Manager.

Fearing for his safety, the Ops Manager tried to keep a calm demeanor, but his hands were shaking. "Now, now, lads, let's not cause any trouble here, eh? We can all have a good time, no need for any of that old business." He backed away, but the teens followed, their taunts growing louder. Little did they know, one of the guests, an off-duty police officer, had witnessed the entire exchange and called for backup. As the teens' behavior escalated, the police arrived, and the Ops Manager breathed a sigh of relief. Little did he know, this incident would be the catalyst for a much-needed change in his career.
