Why did The Manager tell the tribunal that I didn't need to get involved with what she denied her Operations Manager told the police?

Because she then admitted putting The Operations Manager in charge of dealing with youngsters in the toilets, who then went onto deny what he told the police along with them attending the incident which was dealt with by restorative justice after he spent two hours with them showing them the cctv, which took him three weeks to download a copy of it for them!

Whilst I did the full report with the police, hence, the manager was key to its cover up!

Ghost Dog!

Now then!! In 1987, being a new driver I was driving in thick patchy fog, as it cleared briefly a big mauve/grey coloured dog was in the middle of the road and i went straight into it! Me and a mate got out but could see no sign of the dog or any damage to the car, as we got in we both couldn't pull the doors to, and felt them resisting against us for at least 5 seconds. On telling old people about this, they said there was a history of a ghost dog being seen there; so for years I always went past the same spot when it was foggy, but saw nothing. The 'interesting' bit is though that where we saw it was outside my uncles house who pinned me down and molested me when I was 7! I didn't report it to the police until I responded to screams from his son (as others walked on by) and walked in on him strangling his 17 year old son, who had his underpants around his ankles!
