  What are the issues or questions for the Tribunal to decide?.  1.  Have B' Hotels Ltd tried to thwart my attempts to get 'help' for Mr T's regressive anger, homophobia, and now 'liking' of paedophilic material on Facebook, to stop me blowing the whistle on them again?  As they've used every trick in the book to do this, from not viewing the CCTV despite it being available, believing the only witnesses statement despite it being infeasible, and presuming he's innocent despite him not remembering 'outing' me, or homophobically harassing me in an extremely threatening way.  2.  Have B' Hotels then unfairly dismissed me for Harassment and Bullying?   1. In summary to have a great society you need to install Judges who don't have the interests of peers as their No.1 priority. An example of which is when a Judge doesn't allow anything from a police report to be included in a 5 day trial despite the defendant and all his lawyers denying an incident took place which the police were called to and witness reports taken along with confessions of guilt by the defendant.   First time I've heard that Narcissism is caused by injury or trauma as a child which keeps them stuck in that mindset; which makes sense why no narcissist has ever sought help as they are not mature enough to realise they do! I believe there are many different levels of narcissism within entire communities. The main ways you can spot it is having or seeing someone have an interest and knowing the social history of an area, when everyone else has only an interest in themselves and bricks and mortar. As they are not mature enough to realise anything else matters in life "except breathing" (a very respectable woman said that last week). So if you're moving to a new area, always get to know what the locals know first - if its nothing, get the hell out of there 🏃‍♀️

  Here's an example of my experience and hence advice I can give to the gaslighted, those stuck in narcissistic relationships and anyone in friendships with people who appear prim and proper but are actually vile beyond comprehension. When you take numerous people on for various offences at the same place always watch out for them refusing to interview witnesses that would prove your point, and only interview those who set up and executed a regressive anger attack on you for stopping their 'supply'! Then try to 'destroy' you for other things you've reported too, despite not interviewing the 32 people requested, not taking into consideration the cctv, and denying a crime report even exists!! It's because that's their culture! To be as vile as possible and then enjoy being above the law so much that they can toy with their prey and turn their interactions into stories to be told to their members for generations - since 1811, so they're very good at it!...
